When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 30th November 2027.
What time should I arrive?
Guests should arrive at 15:00. This gives everyone time to settle in before the ceremony begins at 15:30.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
We’ll share menu options closer to the date and collect dietary requirements to arrange alternative options.
What should I wear?
Dress for warm, sunny weather. For men, ties and jackets are optional, though a light jacket may be appreciated later in the evening.
For women, please note that while there are no lawn areas, there will be some gravel surfaces during the ceremony so please choose footwear accordingly.
Are there any colours guests should avoid wearing?
The wedding party will be wearing sage green, and the bride will be wearing white, so we kindly ask guests to avoid these colours.
What time will the reception end?
The celebration will conclude at midnight.
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
The entire celebration is planned to take place outdoors, from ceremony through to the evening party (weather permitting).
Will transport be provided?
Yes! A complimentary coach will be available for guests staying in central Barcelona.
• Pick-up from Barcelona: 14:00, arrival at the venue (La Baronia): 15:00
• Return to Barcelona: 00:00 departure, arriving around 01:00
How many days annual leave should I take?
For guests travelling for the weekend and working Monday–Friday, we recommend taking Friday 28th May off to make the most of the Monday 31st May bank holiday weekend.
What will the weather be like?
Late May in Barcelona is usually warm and sunny, with temperatures around 20–25°C. Sunglasses and light layers are recommended for the evening.
Is the wedding all-inclusive?
Yes — food and drinks will be provided throughout the celebration, so come ready to relax and enjoy!
Do you have a wedding gift list?
We don’t have a gift list. Having you travel to celebrate with us in Barcelona means the world to us, and we truly appreciate the time and expense involved. Please don’t bring a gift.
Seriously — we won’t be able to fit any toasters in our luggage on the way home!
Do we have to stay until the coach leaves the venue at Midnight?
Not at all. The coach will return to Barcelona at midnight, but guests are free to leave earlier if they prefer to arrange their own transport.
Can we use the pool at the wedding venue?
No jumping in the pool. We will be charged a cleaning fee, Thankyou.
